Guillermo is a global economic development expert who specializes in helping cities and companies unlock innovation and grow. Over the years he’s worked with over 14,000 government, corporate and university leaders such as the European Union, The Inter-American Development Bank, US Travel Association, University of Waterloo and some of the most notable cities and companies in the world. He currently serves as the Vice President of Global Innovation for Conway Inc., as an Advisor for Ready for Next Communities Program and leads various community innovation programs around the world. As an advisor to the RFN Cities program, Guillermo is committed to helping communities change the way they think about solving problems, the way they collaborate, and the way they respond to the change around them.

He travels the world speaking, training and helping community leaders enable growth and prepare for the future. When he’s not thinking about cities he’s exploring the outdoors with his four adventurous young kids and wife.

As one of the founders of RFN Communities, Sean is focused on helping communities and their privately held businesses to achieve successful transition outcomes. Sean is determined to make sure these changes ensure long-term continuity of communities and the prosperity of the people who live there.
